About the Role



  • College graduate (fresh graduates are preferred but not a requirement)

  • Legal background is not required but interest in law is a plus

  • Resides in Manila or nearby

  • Willing to work onsite every work day

  • Okay with dayshift (6am-3pm, Mondays to Fridays work schedule)

  • Willing to work on PH holidays with premium (Client holidays will be followed)

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Prepare emails, correspondences, and applications

  • Coordinate with heads to ensure that tasks are done in an efficient manner

  • Organise documents and exhibits excellent attention to detail

  • Ensure compliance to manuals and protocols

  • Possess problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Manage client calendars and date entries

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the client

  • Good interpersonal skills and can multitask

  • Knowledge on Microsoft applications and Adobe Acrobat
